2. Quotations and Orders

All quotations are valid for a specified period. Orders are subject to acceptance by MasonRite and require written confirmation.

3. Specifications

Products will be manufactured in accordance with the specifications provided by the customer or agreed in writing. MasonRite is not responsible for errors in customer-supplied drawings or data.

4. Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates only. MasonRite will not be liable for delays beyond its reasonable control.

5. Payment

Payment terms will be agreed in advance. Late payments may be subject to additional charges.

6. Liability

MasonRite’s liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which MasonRite operates.
